Underground utility work, start to finish

The line between your house and the street is yours to maintain, and when it fails it fails underground. Nest and Sons locates the problem, digs it with an excavator or hydrovac depending on what else is buried nearby, makes the repair, and puts the yard, driveway or walkway back. One crew, one quote, one restored site.

Our family has been using Nest and Sons, Inc. for over forty years. We had an emergency on Christmas Eve, they showed up promptly, were courteous and professional even though we knew they had holiday plans. Thank you!

What a great experience!! My first interaction was with Kathy who answered my call right at 8 am when they opened. She was so very pleasant and professional over the phone. She assured me that someone could come out the same day.

I was in a very emergency situation with a crushed septic pipe at a fully occupied multi unit. Taylor and his team took my call, reshuffled their day and were onsite within a couple hours, excavator and all!! They were respectful.

Sewer & Water Lines FAQ

Who is responsible for the sewer line to the street?
In most York County towns the property owner is responsible from the house to the main, including the section under the sidewalk and road. Check with your town's public works department for the exact line.
Do you handle Dig Safe?
Yes. We file the Dig Safe request and wait for the marks before any excavation.
Will you repair the driveway or lawn?
Restoration is included in the quote. We backfill, compact and restore the surface. Paving is coordinated where the repair crosses asphalt.
