The short version
Nest and Sons Inc. started in Kennebunk in 1969 and never left. What began as septic pumping grew into repairs, installations, sewer and water lines, and a hydrovac division serving contractors and towns. The company is still family-owned and still based at 2 Boulder Drive.
What that history is worth to you
Fifty years in one county builds a map that isn't written down anywhere. Which streets have ledge two feet down. Which subdivisions were built with steel tanks that are rusting through now. Which low roads flood every spring and which laterals freeze every February. That knowledge shows up as faster diagnosis, more accurate quotes and fewer surprises when the excavator opens the ground.
How we work
- No-nonsense service. We tell you what we found and what it costs before we do it.
- Transparent pricing. Pumping quoted by tank size. Repairs and installs quoted in writing after a look.
- Our own equipment. Pump trucks, hydrovac trucks and excavators, so one call covers the whole job.
- Licensed, insured, Dig Safe compliant, built to Maine Subsurface Wastewater Disposal Rules.
Where we work
Every town in York County, from Kittery to Parsonsfield. Commercial pumping and hydrovac work extends into Cumberland County by schedule. See the full service area.

James DesrosiersGoogle reviewWhat a great experience!! My first interaction was with Kathy who answered my call right at 8 am when they opened. She was so very pleasant and professional over the phone. She assured me that someone could come out the same day.
Liz BrownGoogle reviewI was in a very emergency situation with a crushed septic pipe at a fully occupied multi unit. Taylor and his team took my call, reshuffled their day and were onsite within a couple hours, excavator and all!! They were respectful.
